Entry Fees:

For the first time ever, the 8^th Annual Red River Rumble GT has been broken up into 2 different events, the cost for each are listed below:

The first event – Marvel Crisis Protocol – will be held on Friday, March 21^st, 2025 starting at 12:00PM. The event will be 3 total rounds and prizes will be handed out for Overall Champion, Best Appearance, and Best Faction. The cost to attend this event is $20 and your entry fee will get you 3 games of Marvel Crisis Protocol that take place only on Friday, 2 raffle tickets, a pair of custom dice, and a chance to win one of three awards. In addition, you will have access to the open bar as long as it’s open on Friday.

The second event – The Old World – will be held on Saturday and Sunday (March 22^nd and 23^rd). Dice drop for this event at 9:00AM on Saturday morning. There will be 5 total rounds (3 on Saturday and 2 on Sunday) and there are prizes handed out for Overall Champion, Best General, Best Appearance, and Best Sportsman. The cost to attend this event is $50 and your entry fee gets you 5 awesome games of The Old World, 3 raffle tickets, a pair of custom dice, and a chance to win one of the take home plaques. In addition, you will have access to the open bar as long as it’s open on both Saturday and Sunday.

Please note that whether or not you attend one or both events you’ll only get one pair of custom dice.

Note that you can register for the Red River Rumble GT without paying but those players who do not pay in advance will be dropped from the official list on March 1, 2025 until official payment is received. Lastly, DO NOT sign up on New Recruit until you receive a confirmation email stating that you are officially good to go for the Red River Rumble GT.

Important dates to remember:

– All funds due: Payment is the only way to secure a spot in the Red River Rumble GT, so ASAP.

– Army lists due: March 14, 2025

– Last day for refunds: February 28, 2025

Refund Policy:

If life happens along the way between the time you sign up and the start of the Red River Rumble GT don’t worry, we understand that unexpected things can and do happen. We will give a full 100% refund on anybody that has registered and paid and has to pull out of the GT up until February 28, 2025. After that, things are locked in and no refunds will be issued as the money is already being used to reserve the venue and secure prize support. Thank you for your understanding!
