Friday, March 21st , 2025:

12:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Dice drop for Game #1 of Marvel Crisis Protocol.

1:30 PM – 2:15 PM: Set up Factions to be judged for Appearance.

2:15 PM – 3:45 PM – Game #2.

3:45 PM – 4:30 PM – Break.

4:30PM – 6:00PM – Game #3.

6:00 PM – 6:45 PM – Awards Ceremony.

7:00PM to 11:00PMish: The venue will remain open and players that are arriving to play in The Old World GT will be allowed to come in and start setting up their armies for the next day. There will be general shenanigans, open bar, board games, video games, etc so feel free to hang out and make some new friends or party with old ones!

Saturday, March 22nd, 2025:

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Registration cont’d

9:00 AM – 11:30 AM – Dice drop for Game #1!

11:30 AM – 1:00 PM – Lunch. Set up armies to be judged for Appearance.

1:00 PM – 3:30 PM – Dice drop for Game #2!

3:30 PM – 4:00 PM – Beer Break / Bio Break / Socialize / Announcements for Game 3, set up.

4:00 PM – 6:30 PM – Dice drop for Game #3!

6:30 PM – 7:00 PM – Clean up from Day #1. Get the venue in order, get ready for Day #2. Table assignments for Game #4 will be posted on the wall.

7:00 PM – 12:00 AM – Open Gaming, beer drinking, snack time, and general shenanigans of reliving the days tales of victory and defeat. We will have a TV set up with Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros, and other games.

Sunday, March 23rd, 2025:

8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Players arrive, get ready for Day #2.

9:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Dice drop for Game #4!

11:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Lunch break

1:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Dice drop for Game #5!

3:30 PM – 4:00: Tally up results from all games, clean up, tear down.

4:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Awards Ceremony.
